The prestige and distinctive character of the Freeman “Tailor” project carry seamlessly into its evolution: the Freeman “Lounge.” Its reduced seat depth gives the “Lounge” version the flexibility to integrate comfortably into smaller residential spaces as well as hospitality environments such as waiting areas, reception zones, and corporate offices.
The one-piece seats marked by decorative stitching that creates a clean, graphic pattern can be combined to form dynamic, versatile configurations.
The “Wing” armrest features a light, streamlined profile achieved through a metal structure coated in polyurethane foam. Refined upholstery work highlights the company’s mastery of intricate tailoring techniques. Each fabric component is joined with a bronze-colored eco-leather strip and double-stitched seams that add depth and definition.
Thoughtful tailoring defines this seating system, whose compact proportions are designed to bring sophistication and elegance to urban interiors and hospitality settings.
The structure is crafted in plywood with suspension provided by high–rubber-content elastic webbing. The seat is composed of multiple layers of variable-density, high-resilience polyurethane foam; the upper layer incorporates contoured high-elasticity straps which, together with the lower layer, ensure lasting softness. The “Wing” armrest is built on a metal core coated in fireproof polyurethane foam. The entire frame is wrapped in a breathable, heat-bonded quilted fiber layer laminated with hypoallergenic cotton for added softness.
A specialized assembly technique is used for the upholstery: the fabric components are joined with a bronze-colored eco-leather strip and double-stitched detailing. In the leather version, this strip matches the upholstery leather for a unified finish.
