Whether you are furnishing a private residence, curating a design project, or selecting a single statement piece, our process is designed to deliver a seamless experience from order to installation.

How International Delivery Works

Most of our international clients opt for kerbside delivery, making local arrangements for installation and placement. However, depending on your location, we can also provide a comprehensive white-glove delivery and installation service for a fully managed, end-to-end experience.

Please note: International orders cannot currently be completed directly via the online checkout. Our logistics team will instead prepare a personalised shipping quotation based on your location, order size, and service requirements—ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable delivery.

UK Delivery Options

At Everything But Ordinary, we believe that ordering exceptional furniture should be as effortless and elegant as living with it. Every order—large or small—is handled with care, precision, and professionalism to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition and ready to enhance your space.

We offer two levels of delivery service within the United Kingdom:

1. Standard Courier Delivery

Ideal for smaller items such as lighting and accessories.

• Delivered to your doorstep only (ground floor access).
  
• Does not include unpacking, placement, or assembly.
  
• For larger or heavier items, additional assistance may be required on arrival.
  

2. Platinum White-Glove Delivery

Our premium service for larger or statement pieces.

• Delivery to the room of your choice.
  
• Full unpacking and packaging removal.
  
• Professional assembly and careful placement of furniture.
  
• Final presentation to ensure every detail is completed to perfection.
  

Installation services (for fitted pieces such as mirrors, wall-mounted shelving, or lighting) are not included as standard but can often be arranged upon request. Please contact our team with your project details, and we’ll be delighted to assist.
