1.2 They explain who we are, how we deliver your products, your rights, and what happens if there’s a problem. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Everything But Ordinary is a trading name of Dream Design, and an official retailer for every company whose products we purvey, guaranteeing everything is original and authentic.
3.1 Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. While we aim for accuracy, actual colours, textures, and finishes may vary.
3.2 We may update prices, product details, and availability at any time.
3.3 Natural materials such as wood, stone, and leather vary in grain, colour, and texture — these variations are not considered faults.
3.4 Some materials (e.g., marble, leather, wood, and fabrics) are sensitive to heat, sunlight, or liquids. Care should be taken to prevent fading, staining, or scratching.
3.5 Fabrics like velvet, chenille, and suede naturally change in texture and shading over time; these are not manufacturing faults.
3.6 If ordering multiple items, we cannot guarantee colour consistency across different batches.
3.7 Ex-display items may show signs of use. Any visible defects will be highlighted before purchase and are not eligible for return or refund.
4.1 Delivery is arranged only after full payment. With our Platinum Service, our team will deliver to your chosen room, unpack, assemble, and remove packaging (subject to access). You must inspect all items before signing the delivery note — claims for damage cannot be accepted once signed.
4.2 Standard Delivery is kerbside only. Larger items may require your assistance upon delivery. Please inform us of any access or parking restrictions. Failed deliveries due to restricted access will incur a 50% restocking fee plus the full delivery charge.
4.3 You’ll receive an email or call when your order is ready for collection. Collections can only be made during business hours once notified.
4.4 Ensure your ordered items will fit through doors, stairs, and hallways before ordering. If redelivery is required due to access issues, you’ll be responsible for storage and additional delivery costs. Failure to collect or accept delivery within two months will result in order cancellation, with 100% of the order value and delivery charges retained.
4.5 Delivery teams cannot remove doors, windows, or perform installations. We can recommend third-party specialists if needed.
4.6 We aim to meet estimated delivery times but cannot guarantee exact dates. Delays may occur beyond our control. We will notify you promptly if this happens.
4.7 Orders shipped outside the UK or EU are VAT-free. You are responsible for local import duties and taxes, payable before delivery.
4.8 Freight costs are subject to change based on current rates. We’ll confirm final costs before dispatch.
5.1 Responsibility for the product passes to you upon delivery. Ownership remains with us until full payment is received.
6.1 Bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once processing begins (after 48 hours).
6.2 Ex-display items are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
6.3 If we are unable to fulfill your order, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund within 10 days. No additional compensation will be provided.
7.1 You may return standard products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
7.2 The following items cannot be returned:
7.3 If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We may inspect large items before processing a return.
7.4 Products must be returned by post or collected by us if unsuitable for posting.
7.5 Proof of postage is recommended. High-value items should be insured during return transit.
7.6 We cover return costs only for faulty or misdescribed products. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.
7.7 Refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method once the item is received.
8.1 Prices include VAT (where applicable) and exclude delivery costs.
8.2 Prices may change, but not after your order is confirmed.
8.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via credit/debit card or bank transfer.
8.4 Business customers must pay invoices in full without deductions or set-offs. Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of supply.
9.1 Occasionally, errors may appear on our website regarding product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these at any time, including after you’ve placed an order.
9.2 We are not obligated to update website information unless required by law.
